Associate PBX Operator - Communications

Operate a PBX system console, responding appropriately to all outside and inside telephone calls. Respond promptly to all codes, activating Emergency Preparedness procedures. Provide necessary information on the public address system. Minimal supervision required.

• This role is an onsite position and requires reporting onsite daily as scheduled.
• Must reside within commutable distance of our Texas, Lubbock office location.
• Full time, variable shifts. Shift hours:
  Monday – Wednesday 2 – 10:30 pm;
  Thursday – Friday 10 pm – 7 am; occasional weekends and holidays as needed.
• Flexible and available to work weekends, holidays, days, evenings, or nights as scheduled.

• PBX experience.

Pay range: $14.00 – $19.64 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, or bonus opportunities.
