The Club Cleaning Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the club is cleaned and maintained to CLUB4 Fitness standards.

• Greet members, smile, providing exceptional customer service.
• Sweep, mop, and polish floors.
• Vacuum and spot clean carpet.
• Dust furniture, woodwork, equipment, and mop floors; polish and clean fixtures in the utility room and bathrooms.
• Clean fixtures, equipment, windows, walls, restrooms, showers, and locker rooms.
• Stock supplies in restrooms as needed; remove, wash, dry, and fold linens.
• Notify supervisor regarding needed repairs; submit supply order sheets on a weekly basis.
• Gather and dispose of trash and waste materials.
• Participate in educational programs and in-services; attend meetings as required.

• Customer service background preferred.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding members’ expectations.
• CPR / AED certification preferred.

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Use certain chemicals related to cleaning.
• Perform effectively in a stressful and fast-paced environment.
