Role Scope
Own facility operations for the Lubbock site: MEP plant health, the maintenance program, and site services.
Build the preventive maintenance program from OEM requirements and site history, then hold the schedule.
Manage facility vendors and service contracts from scope to invoice.
Partner with construction and commissioning so new capacity hands over to operations clean.
Responsibilities- Own facility operations for the Lubbock site: MEP plant health, the maintenance program, and site services.
- Build the preventive maintenance program from OEM requirements and site history, then hold the schedule.
- Manage facility vendors and service contracts from scope to invoice.
- Partner with construction and commissioning so new capacity hands over to operations clean.
- Owned facility operations for a critical or industrial site.
- Built or rebuilt a preventive maintenance program and can show the reliability improvement it produced.
- Managed vendor contracts with commercial discipline.
- Took buildings over from construction and know what a bad handover costs.
- Bonus:
Data center experience. - Bonus: CMMS implementation.
- Bonus: NFPA 70E.
- Bonus:
Water treatment programs.
