The Scion Group is seeking a Facilities Technician at our Texas property to handle maintenance requests, preventive tasks, and apartment turnovers while ensuring safety and reliability of the buildings and equipment. You will provide strong customer service to residents and work in a fast-paced environment.
Under the Facilities Supervisor, you will use Entrata and CMMS to log work, perform basic repairs across carpentry, plumbing, and electrical, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
