The Scion Group is seeking a Facilities Technician to support maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks across our apartment communities. You will log service requests in Entrata and CMMS, perform basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and ensure safety and quality in every project.
You will coordinate with the Facilities Supervisor, ensure timely turnovers, manage supplies, and help protect residents by maintaining equipment, safety systems, and common areas to Scion standards.
