Perform general maintenance duties such as fixing wall covers, floor covers, and some furniture and fixtures;
Conduct light plumbing work and minor electrical repairs;
Perform routine preventive maintenance as directed by supervisor;
Paint and refurbish as needed per supervisor instructions;
Install locks, create keys, re-key cylinders, and track outstanding keys for the campus
