Greenwood Hospitality Group - - Responsibilities:
Maintain the overall operation of the maintenance department and the appearance and working order of the hotel;
Administer the company's maintenance and life safety programs including purchasing, preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, hotel security and life safety;
Ensure compliance with all policies and laws pertaining to a clean, safe environment for associates, guests and vendors;
Maintain proper operation of hotel equipment and systems including life safety, telecommunications, key control, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, kitchen, laundry and related systems;
Communicate with the Assistant General Manager, OM, or General Manager regarding the building's condition and systems; supervise external contractors as needed
