As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by supporting a team of operators by maintaining safe, standardized, and stable operations while developing people capabilities.
Shifts (All shifts operate Monday-Thursday with required Overtime on Friday and Saturday as needed):
Shift 1 (4:00AM – 2:30 PM), Shift 2 (2:30PM – 1:00 AM).
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment
- Train and certify employees
- Maintain Training Matrix of Cell(s)
- Ensure adherence to standard work (JOB’s)
- Maintain Tier 1 & HR x HR board
- Respond to abnormalities – Problem Solve - Escalate
- Lead 5 Why Problem Solving
- Lead team huddle (SQDC)
- Review previous shift misses
- Coach correct methods
- Handover to next shift TL
- Escalate issues that cannot be resolved within the team to Tier 2
- Run assembly equipment on the line
- HS Diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
- Read and write English
- Demonstrate Winning Behaviors

Hiring Hourly Range $24.00 - $26.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
