Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ludhiana for a Banquet Sales Executive. The selected candidate will focus on developing and managing banquet sales, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients. Responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, coordinating with the event management team to ensure customer satisfaction, managing bookings, and driving successful events. The Banquet Sales Executive will also oversee follow-ups to ensure client requirements are met.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
Experience in Event Coordination, Hospitality, and Banquet Management
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently
Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field
