As our Floor Tech, you'll help maintain the appearance and safety of our community by:

• Maintaining hard floor surfaces through stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing, and refinishing.
• Cleaning and shampooing carpeted areas throughout the community.
• Operating commercial floor care equipment safely and effectively.
• Performing routine maintenance to keep floors looking their best year round.
• Responding promptly to spills and other floor related safety concerns.
• Assisting with moving furniture when needed for floor care projects.
• Maintaining equipment and supplies while following all safety procedures.
• Working closely with our Environmental Services team to provide an exceptional living environment for residents.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in commercial floor care or housekeeping preferred.

• Experience operating floor machines, buffers, burnishers, or carpet extractors is a plus.

• Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team member.

• Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.

• A positive attitude and genuine respect for older adults.
