Our Opening and Your Responsibilities Eagle Product Inspection Field Service Technicians (FSTs) deliver world-class customer support by performing start-ups, audits, maintenance, repairs, and training for Eagle X-Ray systems. They manage all aspects of field service—customer communication, scheduling, reporting, documentation, and job management—while adhering to Eagle’s safety standards, procedures, and best practices. What you will do
* Ensure compliance with all Eagle, MT-PI, and customer site safety requirements.
* Attend weekly service calls and execute scheduled service visits efficiently, balancing cost, time, and customer expectations.
* Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues (aiming for first-time fix).
* Complete and submit accurate service reports, timesheets, and expenses promptly.
* Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements.
* Maintain technical training, tools, and company-provided equipment.
* Participate in remote support and on-call rotations, including weekend or after-hours work.
* Uphold Eagle’s core values and Code of Conduct.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

This position can be located in, TX, MS, AL
* High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in Electronics or Engineering Technology preferred.
* Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills.
* Skilled in conflict management and collaboration across teams.
* Proficient with hand tools, test equipment, and Windows applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, Adobe).
* Knowledge of mechanics, electronics, conveyors, and AC/DC systems; able to read blueprints and schematics.
* Fluency in English required, Spanish a plus.
