Schedule: Part-Time Available – Every Other Weekend, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Floor Tech to join our team! The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and polished floors throughout our facility.

• Stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing floors.
• Operating floor care equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintaining floors in resident rooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Following infection control and safety procedures.
• Supporting the environmental services team to maintain a clean healthcare environment.

The floor tech performs the day‑to‑day activities of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with current Federal, State, Local and Departmental rules, regulations and procedures, and guidelines. Assures that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner. The position carries blood and body fluid "Exposure Risk Level 1."

• Maintenance of carpet throughout the building including shampooing, spotting, and vacuuming.
• Maintenance of all tile throughout the building including washing, waxing, buffing, and stripping.
• Performs housekeeping duties when needed.
• Responsible for linen distribution at the end of the shift.
• Distributes supplies to each housekeeper at the end of the day.
• Responsible for trash runs during the day from all assigned locations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of side‑by‑side, boost machine, and high‑speed buffer.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is a plus.
