The Role You'll deliver timely, high-quality mitigation services in property emergencies, coordinating closely with team leaders to ensure every customer receives our best during their worst moments.

What You'll Do

• Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation to Paul Davis and industry standards under the direction of the Mitigation Manager and Lead Technicians
• Deliver excellent customer service with empathy, urgency, and clear communication
• Maintain a clean, fully stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment
• Participate in the on-call rotation and remain accessible by phone
• Assist with warehousing, facility tasks, and supporting teammates wherever the opportunity arises
• Take pride in completing projects, whether it's flood damage, fire damage, or anything in between

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
