As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

Maintaining a positive attitude will ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.

• Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Clean all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of Company‑approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store properly, and place orders when supplies are low.

• Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates.
• Perform maintenance as necessary and ensure members have a great first and last impression.
• Maintain a positive attitude while on the job.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $24.00. Additional premium compensation may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
