We are hiring a PM Maintenance Technician.

• Maintain all equipment in good working order through routine repairs and preventive maintenance checks. HVAC experience is a plus.
• Assist the Chief Engineer and other team members with building and grounds maintenance.
• Ensure a safe environment for guests and hotel staff by meeting all safety standards.
• Provide professional courteous service to guests and accommodate various requests.
• Act as a team player and assist other departments when needed.
• Know all emergency procedures and be aware of all Job Safety Analysis guides.
