Maintenance Supervisor – Multi-Site Residential Properties

We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced

Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of three residential properties located on the North Shore of Massachusetts.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can successfully manage multiple properties, prioritize maintenance needs,supervise staff, and still jump in to get the job done when needed. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, responsive, and takes pride in providing excellent service to residents.

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across three residential properties inthe Lynn, Winthrop, and Manchester-by-the-Sea areas, including prioritizing work orders, preventive maintenance, unit turns, inspections,and property needs.
• Provide leadership and direction to maintenance staff while managing schedules,assigning work, following up on completion, and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Perform and oversee hands-on maintenance, including basic plumbing, painting,repairs, troubleshooting, apartment turnovers, and general building maintenance.
• Communicate professionally with residents, property management teams, vendors, and contractors while providing strong customer service and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate seasonal property needs, including snow and ice removal, and ensure properties remain safe and well maintained throughout the year.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond appropriately to after-hours maintenance emergencies.

• Theideal candidate will have previous maintenance supervisory or leadership experience within multifamily housing, residential property management,facilities, or a similar environment.
• Youshould have strong time-management and organizational skills and be comfortable overseeing multiple locations. The ability to communicate clearly with residents, employees, vendors, and management is essential.
• Hands-on experience with painting, basic plumbing, general repairs,troubleshooting, apartment turns, and property maintenance is required.
  
  Candidates must also be willing and able to assist with snow removal and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Avalid driver's license and reliable transportation are important, as this position supports multiple properties throughout the North Shore area.
