Maintenance Technician III – Lynnwood, WA (Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, 40 hours per week) at Beaver Creek & Beaver Cove, LIHTC properties.

• Maintain buildings by performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, construction, janitorial, routine appliance upkeep, and other related maintenance activities as required.
• Ensure all repairs are completed in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Assist in developing scopes of work for small improvements/services and procure qualified contractors to bid the work.
• Pick up trash on grounds and keep breezeways, sidewalks, and grounds clear of clutter and debris.
• Operate landscaping tools (rake, shovel, prune, mowers) and maintain fences and/or walls as needed.
• Maintain all sidewalks and parking lots, including snow blowing, painting lines, numbers, and other stenciling when necessary.
• Clean and turnover vacant apartments to ensure the apartment is rent‑ready for the next tenant within 5–10 days.
• Schedule and conduct pre‑moveout inspections, accurately cost out necessary repairs, and provide repair estimates.

Salary range: $33.00–39.00 per hour. Salary is typically hired between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range depending on experience and rent benefit adjustments.
