Maintenance Technician I | Enso (Lynnwood, WA) Position Overview

• Schedule – Friday to Tuesday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs.
• On‑Site Requirement:
  Physical presence at the job location during scheduled hours is required. Current residents of the property are not eligible.
• Must live within 30 miles of the property and have reliable transportation. If relocating, relocation must be completed prior to start date.
• Property Information – 316‑unit midrise lease‑up community scheduled to open in 2026.

• Pay: $25 to $30 per hour *
• Bonus incentives include monthly leasing bonuses.

• Paid sick leave accrual: 1.33 hours for every 30 hours worked (≈11 days per year).
• Paid vacation starting at two weeks and increasing with tenure.

• 1+ year of experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance within the last 10 years. 2+ years preferred. Trades experience considered.
• Well‑versed in the unit turn process from start to finish.
• Experience tracking and maintaining inventory.
• Provide own basic hand tools; company supplies power tools.
• Experience providing great customer service to residents and/or customers required.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• CPO certification preferred (only for properties with pools).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in effective communication and teamwork.
• Positive outlook and collaborative team approach.
• Demonstrates responsibility and takes pride in work.
• Fluent in English with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.

• Exemplify and exercise discretion and independent judgment in evaluating quality of work.
• Assist in getting units "rent ready".
• Abide by safety requirements at all times.
• Safely use chemicals and equipment as part of everyday duties.
• Maintain grounds, work and storage areas, and dumpster areas daily to ensure curb appeal up to company standards.
• Paint and clean as needed to ensure timely unit turnover.
• Ensure lawns are mowed and trimmed; entryways, walkways, and driveways are cleared of debris.
• Ensure equipment is serviced on a regular basis to maintain safe operations.
• Be on‑call for emergencies or snow removal.
• Maintain and enforce all company policies and procedures as set in the Operations Manual.
• Clean units as needed.
