Quail Park of Lynnwood is seeking an Assistant Engineering Director to join our Maintenance team. The role is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, handling tasks from prepping vacant units to routine maintenance of common areas and completing daily work orders, while mentoring staff.
Experience in facility maintenance is required; management experience is preferred, with CPR/First Aid credentials and solid English communication.
