Quail Park of Lynnwood is seeking an Assistant Engineering Director to join the Maintenance team. The role is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with responsibilities including preparing vacant units, general repairs, and maintenance of common areas.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of facility maintenance experience, previous management preferred, and strong skills in plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and landscaping.
