Quail Park of Lynnwood is seeking an Assistant Engineering Director to join our Maintenance team in Lynnwood. The role is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with opportunities to lead upkeep of apartments, grounds, and community spaces.
You will assist with unit readiness, routine repairs, and vehicle maintenance while mentoring staff and coordinating with Life Engagement and Community Relations for events. Prior experience in facility maintenance and leadership is valued plus CPR/First Aid
