Inside Sales Rep

Overview

As an Inside Sales Rep at the Fluid Solutions branch, you will be a key customer contact and consultant, recommending solutions, quoting, selling, and fulfilling orders based on customer needs. You will focus on fluid solutions equipment rental and supplies, build relationships, and provide outstanding customer service to support branch growth.

• Establish understanding of the rental business related to specialty engineered rental products and services, including electric and hydraulic pumps
• Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts
• Establish new rental and sales accounts by serving walk-in and call-in customers
• Educate customers about proper equipment use
• Coordinate with all inside and outside branch employees to deliver customer satisfaction
• Coordinate and track daily equipment pickups and returns
• Run reports to monitor equipment and facilitate smooth operations
• Maintain accurate inventory records of branch assets
• Other duties as needed

• Bachelor s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of fluid solutions related products and applications preferred
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Proficiency with MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
• Keen attention to detail and safety
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Compensation Range: $24.05 - $36.05
