Original copy of the South Cook County Substitute Teacher Authorization from South Cook ISC
Background Information from South Cook Intermediate Service Center
Copy of current Substitute Teaching License

Interviews will be scheduled when the district is in need of substitute teachers. Pending the results of the interview you will be asked to complete the remaining paperwork that is required by the district and be placed on Oak Lawn-Hometown District 123's substitute teaching list.
