Maintenance Supervisor

What You'll Do:

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, facility systems, equipment reliability, and preventive maintenance programs. You will lead a team of maintenance personnel while ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and support personnel.
• Direct all preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Oversee maintenance of production equipment, building systems, grounds, and facility infrastructure.
• Manage facility-related capital improvement projects and equipment upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and support hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, plumbing, and robotic systems.
• Maintain and monitor facility utilities, including cooling tower operations and industrial wastewater systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, maintenance standards, and ISO requirements.
• Manage maintenance documentation, work orders, and preventative maintenance records.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities to support production goals.
• Oversee facility security systems, including ADT alarm system management.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous leadership experience supervising maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, plumbing, and robotics.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of die-casting equipment and related maintenance practices preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with machine shop tools, repair techniques, and power tools.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance systems and reliability programs.
• Working knowledge of industrial wastewater systems and cooling tower operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team leadership skills.
