Capital Square Living is seeking a Service (Maintenance) Specialist to upkeep the property's buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas. The role involves diagnosing issues from resident requests, completing repairs, and ensuring safety standards are met.
You will prepare vacant units for leasing, manage supplies, and assist with inspections. On-site at designated properties, you’ll work a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call hours and benefit from competitive compensation and benefits.
