Five Below is seeking a Maintenance Technician 3 - Lead to ensure high equipment availability at our facility in Georgia. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, including conveyors, robotics, and PLCs, while coordinating with peers and external contractors.
You will use preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis, and CMMS tools to plan repairs, validate work quality, and maintain safety standards in a fast-paced distribution environment.
