Employment Type:

Compensation: $26-$28/hr.

Qualifications- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in multi-family housing preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance
- Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of maintenance issues
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to lift, climb, bend, squat, and use ladders regularly
- HVAC certification preferred (if applicable)
- This is NOT a supervisor position. This will be hands on walking, bending, going up and down stairs and carrying up to 50lbs in all weather conditions.
