We are seeking a dependable worker that can work well on their own to clean our customer's office and warehouse facility in Madison, AL. We are a facility management and maintenance company with more than 30 years of industry experience. We are a very stable and reliable company, headquartered in Chattanooga TN, and are looking for hard-working, motivated, and reliable candidates.

Shifts available:

• Tuesday-Saturday 7:30am-11:30am

Pay: $14.00 an hour. Weekly pay Start: ASAP

Requirements:

• Must be able to work alone.
• Must be physically capable of performing duties.
• Ability to manage effectively with good communication and people skills with positive and outgoing attitude, problem solver, fast-paced, capable of working with minimal supervision, must be over the age of 21 with a valid Driver's License
• On feet for entire shift. Must be reliable!

Job Duties:

• Perform cleaning & sanitizing duties, dusting, sweeping, mopping, polishing, scrubbing, empty trash cans, etc. in small office and warehouse facility.
• Making sure all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner
• Quality control of services performed using customized scorecards
• Ensure accurate tracking and ordering of our client's consumables inventory
• Ability to professionally communicate effectively with team members, upper management and customers
• Strong ability to effectively resolve conflict
• Can take direction
• Additional duties, as needed, in order to get the job done well and on-time
