1st Shift Janitorial Office​/Warehouse

Position Overview

We are a facility management and maintenance company with more than 30 years of industry experience. We are headquartered in Chattanooga, TN, and are looking for hard‑working, motivated, and reliable candidates to serve as a 1st Shift Janitorial Office/Warehouse worker in Madison, AL.

Shifts:

Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.

Pay: $14.00 per hour (weekly pay). Start: ASAP.

• MUST be able to work alone.
• MUST be physically capable of performing duties.
• Must be over the age of 21 with a valid driver’s license.
• On feet for entire shift; must be reliable.
• Ability to manage effectively with good communication and people skills; positive and outgoing attitude; problem solver; fast‑paced; capable of working with minimal supervision.

• Perform cleaning and sanitizing duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, polishing, and scrubbing, as well as emptying trash cans in the office and warehouse.
• Ensure all services are performed to established standards and timely.
• Conduct quality control using customized scorecards.
• Track and order client consumables inventory accurately.
• Communicate professionally with team members, upper management, and customers.
• Resolve conflicts effectively.
• Take direction as needed and perform additional duties to complete the job on time.
