Monday–Friday; 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)

Axalta is seeking a dependable Laborer to support daily facility operations by maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas. This is a first-shift position ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping a workplace running efficiently.

• Empty garbage containers throughout the facility twice daily.
• Clean and organize production work cells.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the cafeteria and common areas.
• Paint bollards and assist with basic facility upkeep.
• Perform general janitorial and utility duties as assigned.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist with additional facility support tasks as needed.

Previous janitorial, custodial, labor, or general maintenance experience preferred.

• Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and workplace organization.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work instructions.
