Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable School Maintenance Technician to help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning learning environment. This position performs general repairs, preventative maintenance, and painting throughout the school building and grounds.
Responsibilities- Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
- Prepare and paint classrooms, hallways, offices, dorms, and other areas as needed
- Complete work orders in a timely manner
- Maintain school grounds and assist with snow/ice removal
- Set up and break down for school events
- Not limited to duties listed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Maintenance or facilities experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
