Operations Team Member / Move Team Member (Part Time)

General Labor (Non-Exempt / Part-Time)

Part time, 19 hours per week. Pay starts at $18.50 per hour plus gas allowance and quarterly bonuses. Potential to move up.

Fun, team-centered environment. The team member works part time, helps with cleaning homes, sorting, boxing, and conducting estate sales. The role requires moving furniture/lifting boxes and providing world class customer service to mostly senior clients while working closely with managers and other team members.

• Lifting furniture and boxes.
• Sorting through items and putting them into bags/boxes.
• Greeting clients, taking orders, processing payments, and responding appropriately to customer issues.
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Communicating positively with clients, peers and managers.
• Providing exceptional customer service while safely sorting, packing/unpacking and staging/resettling client household items.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

• Desire to serve seniors.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a background check.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Professional attitude and demeanor.
• Experience in retail, general labor or warehouse helpful.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment.

Valid driver’s license, car, and good driving record.

• Frequent walking and/or standing.
• Ability to lift furniture and boxes.
• Local candidates only.
