CUSTODIAN Part Time 20 hrs a week Evenings and weekends

This position cleans and maintains building and exterior grounds areas to provide a safe and clean environment for members and program participants.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Performs daily cleaning duties that include:

* Dry mops and wet mops floors

* Cleans restrooms, locker rooms, and shower areas

* Dusts, vacuums, remove trash and clean around equipment

* Clears snow and ice from walkways, driveways and other areas as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

* 18 years of age or older.

* Knowledge of standard cleaning and safety procedures, including restroom sanitation procedures

* Knowledge of safe operation of standard and/or electrical floor or carpet care, custodial equipment, lawn care equipment and ladders

* Ability to work weekends and holidays

* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
