Maintenance Assistant – Fulltime
We are looking for a dependable Maintenance Assistant to help keep our Assisted Living community safe, clean, and well-maintained. This role supports daily upkeep, repairs, and preventative maintenance for the building, equipment, and grounds.
Responsibilities:- Assist with general repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks
- Help maintain grounds, common areas, and equipment
- Respond to work orders and resident needs promptly
- Follow safety and compliance guidelines
- Prior maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Ability to lift, bend, and work with tools/equipment
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-minded
- Willing to travel to sister facilities within 60-80 mile radius
