Ferguson is currently seeking a Pipe Yard Associate to join our warehouse team!

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm. Occasional overtime available.
Responsibilities:
Load and unload trucks; receive product verifying accuracy,     picking     and packing product and putting product away in     an appropriate manner

Safely     operate     various     warehouse     equipment to pull and prepare outbound customer orders

Will be     cross-trained     to work in the warehouse

Maintain good housekeeping     of pipe yard and warehouse

Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Communicate with manager,     drivers     and sales staff regularly to ensure     a high level     of customer satisfaction is achieved

Requirements
1+ years     of experience working in warehouse environments

Knowledge     of     PVF       (pipe, valves, fittings, cutting, threading, grooving, etc.)     is preferred

Forklift certification and     previous     RF gun experience

Combilift     experience is     preferred

High attention to detail

Ability to lift 50 lbs.; push/pull a cart weighing more than this

Computer experience and ability to perform basic math problems     required  ; knowledge of an order entry system (JDE/Oracle) a plus

Continued focus on improving system     efficiencies     and business practices.

Ability to prioritize workload appropriately     in order to     balance multiple demands and meet timelines as     required

Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic

Self-starter with     ability     to learn our systems quickly

- Pay Range:

- $17.41 - $26.11
- Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles  OR  Hourly for all other roles.

- This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
