Maintenance Specialist - Manufacturing Environment
DeForest, WI
1st Shift | Monday-Friday
Direct Hire | $24-30/hr
IQ Resource Group is hiring for a Direct Hire Maintenance Specialist opportunity with Demco in DeForest, WI!
This is a hands-on role supporting both facility maintenance and manufacturing equipment in a production environment. We are looking for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and previous maintenance experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or facility environments.

This position requires previous maintenance experience. Candidates should have experience with manufacturing equipment, facility maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related industrial maintenance work.
Job
Duties Include:
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and root cause analysis
• Support facility upkeep including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, doors, and general repairs
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors
• Maintain safety and inspection records
• Assist with snow removal and exterior maintenance during winter months
• Support OSHA and safety initiatives
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of maintenance, manufacturing, industrial, or construction experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or facility systems preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
• Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and at heights when needed
• Forklift or equipment experience is a plus
