As a Field Services Engineer, you’ll support clients across a locally defined territory with a primary focus on the Madison, Wisconsin Market. You’ll work hands‑on with cutting‑edge technology while partnering with a diverse client base—all within an organization that truly backs its service technicians.

This role is not a national or even interstate "road warrior" position. While driving to clients is required, it’s focused mostly on local clients in and around the local market. Responsible for day‑to‑day field service, including but not limited to service, installations and/or preventive maintenance relative to the local market.
- Perform field service, installations or PMs as required.
- Resolve customer issues and provide sales support and some training.
- Communicate effectively with a variety of different people.
- Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times, with all actions in line with business expectations.
- Take ownership of all service cases, projects, etc., and maintain all customer records and technical documentation.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Ideally someone with experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers. With this experience we’re looking for developed repair skills, focused on the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects of your craft.
This is a non‑management position. This is a full‑time position.
