Assistant Custodial Supervisor – 3rd Shift
Job Summary: Lead the 3rd‑shift custodial team at Wisconsin Union – Union South. Oversee the overnight custodial team, supervise 10 full‑time staff and up to 2 limited‑term seasonal staff, manage daily deep‑cleaning of 4 restaurants, 1 commercial kitchen, a convenience store, a movie theater, and public spaces, and support scheduling, assignment of project work, inspection of work, inventory management, and training of team members.

Compensation: Base pay $21.41 per hour. Differential: $2.50 per hour for hours worked between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m.; $0.80 per hour for hours worked on Saturday and Sunday.
ScheduleBase schedule:
Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. The job will be on Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m., with flexibility as needed based on staffing and events.
- Maintain organization of supply areas and equipment, document inventory, and request additional supplies as needed.
- Document and report repairs, violations, and pest control needs.
- Maintain clean and clear walkways to ensure they are free of debris, litter, snow, and ice.
- Utilize basic equipment and supplies to clean assigned facility areas and remove waste and recyclables.
- Assist in the development, scheduling, inspection, and supervision of operational work plans and staff for an assigned unit.
- Monitor and secure facility interior and exterior entrances; report issues to appropriate entities.
- Assist with planning and implementation of facility emergency and hazardous response policies and procedures.
- One year of custodial experience.
- Experience in leading and guiding the work of others, preferably within custodial work.
- Basic English speaking and writing abilities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Six months of management and/or supervisory experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Word.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel.
High School Diploma – Preferred
