Horizon Management Services, In is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of 191 studio/one-bedroom units on the eastside of Madison, WI. This role will include routine maintenance tasks, emergency repairs, and providing excellent customer service to residents.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in building maintenance, strong knowledge in multiple systems including plumbing and HVAC, and the ability to work independently while communicating effectively with residents and management.
