Maintenance Technician (Part-Time)
Complete Care at Maple Grove
Schedule:
Part-Time | 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 32 hours per week)
At Complete Care at Maple Grove, we are committed to providing exceptional care in a supportive and compassionate environment. We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to help maintain a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning facility for our residents and staff.

- Troubleshoot and repair building maintenance issues
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems
- Assist with electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety policies and procedures
- Participate in the on-call rotation every other week
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Complete assigned work orders and maintenance projects
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance, electrical systems, and HVAC preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills required
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Long-term care or healthcare maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Dependable and self-motivated work ethic
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Commitment to maintaining a safe environment for residents and staff
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
