Maintenance Technician (Part-Time)

Schedule:

Part-Time | 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 32 hours per week)

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair building maintenance issues
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems
  • Assist with electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety policies and procedures
  • Participate in the on-call rotation every other week
  • Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
  • Complete assigned work orders and maintenance projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance, electrical systems, and HVAC preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Previous maintenance experience preferred
  • Long-term care or healthcare maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
