Responsibilities
  • Support the team of Paint Technicians.
  • Locate and remove imperfections on panels.
  • Treat scratches and chips with the necessary steps.
  • Wet sand and buff the needed panels to give the vehicle a showroom shine.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive hourly wage starting at $21.00/hour with bonus potential.

What You Need to Succeed
  • 5 years of experience in paint chip repair, wet sanding and buffing in a body shop environment.
  • Strong work ethic, flexibility, speed and attention to detail.
  • Toughness and grit to work outside in all kinds of weather.
  • Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat and lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Career Growth
  • Potential to move up into Paint Tech or other Tech roles, leading to even greater earning potential.
