Technician - Facilities, Maintenance

Position Summary

Technician I – Facilities, Maintenance. 100% on-site, Monday‑Thursday 10:00 pm – 8:00 am shift.

• Perform repairs and maintenance across office, lab, utility, and cleanroom areas.
• Maintain HVAC systems, facilities, and utilities in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Execute preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues in both lab and manufacturing environments.
• Respond to equipment and facility issues, supporting manufacturing operations as needed.
• Complete work orders and accurately document all maintenance activities per required practices.
• Coordinate maintenance activities around cGMP production schedules and operational needs.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to perform maintenance and repairs.
• Participate in after‑hours and weekend facility and equipment support through an on‑call rotation.

• High school diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience, OR technical or associate degree in a maintenance‑related field.
• 1+ years’ experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably in a cGMP environment.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to perform general facility repair, maintenance, and upkeep.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs in a regulated environment.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, and other systems).
