Maintains HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cord equipment;
Performs general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned and responds to maintenance requests;
Keeps interior and exterior of community buildings and grounds in top-notch condition;
Maintains positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector and other authorities as required
