Extended Stay - - Responsibilities:
Respond to guest requests with diligent follow-through in accordance with company guidelines and procedures;
Perform out-of-room cleaning and maintain premises in pristine condition;
Perform repairs listed on work orders in a timely and professional manner;
Complete preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as outlined in the Green Shield Binder;
Maintain records such as PM deficiencies, PM inspections, Life Safety inspections, elevator inspections, and non-guest room deficiency log
