Focus Property Management is seeking a maintenance technician in Madison, WI. You’ll diagnose and repair issues (leaks, locks, lights, heat) and keep buildings safe and functional, while working directly with residents to get problems resolved.
You’ll partner with teammates and trusted vendors and rotate on-call duties to earn extra pay. We value a strong work ethic, hands-on maintenance ability, a valid driver's license, and the drive to learn quickly.
