Fill In -Cleaner

Programmed Cleaning Inc. services multi-tenant buildings, commercial office buildings, healthcare facilities, financial institutions, and educational facilities just to name a few of our clientele. With over 60 years of cleaning experience, we have established ourselves as a dynamic regional contractor.

We are looking for a Fill-In Cleaner to provide coverage at various locations in the Madison area. Days and hours will vary. The starting pay is $17.00 per hour .

Job Duties:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms and breakrooms.
• Wipe down tables and conference rooms.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recycling.
• Clean glass doors and other glass surfaces.
• Wipe and disinfect stair railings.
• Vacuum carpets and mop hard-surface floors.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be comfortable driving to different job sites throughout Madison and the surrounding areas.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Dust surfaces, including desks, cabinet tops, partitions, and other office furniture.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
• Sweep and mop hard-surface floors.
• Vacuum carpets using upright vacuums and/or backpack vacuums.
• Spot clean carpets as needed.
• Clean glass surfaces, including windows and doors.
• Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, and other restroom fixtures.
• Clean restrooms and restock supplies to ensure they remain fully stocked.
• Polish metal fixtures and other surfaces as needed.
• Perform additional cleaning duties or work in different assigned areas as directed by the supervisor or based on customer needs.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times.

This is a Part-Time position2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 5:00PM-10:00PM.
