Respond to customer requests as directed by MAC Coordinator and assist with preventative maintenance and work orders;
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, furniture and related equipment;
Install electrical devices and cabling for systems furniture and other components;
Assist with room setups, inventory and reviews of preventive maintenance tasks;
Operate CMMS and Microsoft Office and maintain documentation
