On-call Custodian

We are seeking to hire an On‑call custodian in Mahwah. You will be responsible for performing building maintenance tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that the building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude & appearance and be self‑motivated, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

• Must be able to follow instructions from the supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience is a plus, but we will train.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Be able to use the auto‑scrubber machine.
• Be able to set up for events.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
