Raytheon - - - Responsibilities:
Perform pre-coating operations including surface preparation and masking;
Perform post coating tasks such as removing parts from fixtures, removing masking, troubleshooting, and diagnosing malfunctioning equipment;
Perform deburring, blending, polishing countersinking, grinding, drilling or grit blast operations on aerospace engine components;
Perform Total Preventive Maintenance on applicable machines/equipment as required;
Check parts to meet visual and dimensional requirements using various measuring equipment/tools including micrometers, verniers, height gages and other fixed gages
