As our Cleaning/Location Manager
, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining our high standards of service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily cleaning operations and ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards.
• Managing and supporting a team of cleaning professionals, including scheduling and training.
• Maintaining supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in excellent working condition.
• Communicating with clients to address their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Handling administrative tasks such as reporting and tracking performance.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols.

We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced individual who meets the following qualifications:

• Experience
  :
  At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
• Physical Requirements
  :
  Ability to lift at least 30 pounds and perform tasks that involve bending, twisting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
• Language Skills
  :
  Must be fluent in English to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Driver License
  : A valid driver license with no major history is required for this role.
• Leadership Skills
  :
  Strong organizational and team management abilities to lead and inspire your team.
